These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services provided through our online store, operated on the Shopify platform.

1. Products & Services
We offer custom and pre-designed printed T-shirts. All designs are printed on-demand once an order is placed. Please note:
Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings and printing techniques.
Custom orders are printed as per the customer’s uploaded or selected design and cannot be altered once confirmed.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping Time: Delivery times may vary based on location. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days within India.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in [INR] and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement via the payment methods available on our site.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of order placement. After that, the order goes into production and cannot be canceled.
Refunds & Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. You must notify us within 2 day of delivery.
Customized or personalized T-shirts are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are faulty.
5. Sizing and Fit
Please refer to the Size Chart before placing your order. We do not accept returns due to wrong size selection by the customer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content including logos, artwork, and designs displayed on the website are the intellectual property of Old Masala Tee or the respective copyright holders. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. User Content for Custom Orders
You confirm that any design or text uploaded for printing:
Does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
Is not offensive, illegal, or inappropriate.
We reserve the right to reject any custom orders that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
